You weigh your coffee to a tenth of a gram. Then a matcha order comes in and someone reaches for a scoop. That scoop swings by about a gram either way: money leaving the bar, and a drink that changes with whoever is on shift.
The machine sets the dose. The same weight of powder goes into every drink, whoever is on shift.
The Tamis™ sifts every dose. Nobody whisks a bowl in the middle of a queue.
About ten seconds per shot, built for back-to-back service. Sustained throughput is confirmed at production lock.

Estimates for the volume you entered, excluding VAT and shipping. Your figure depends on your volume, your dose and your powder price. On your own powder you buy the machine outright: the comparison spreads that one payment of €2,490 over the term and adds Tamis™ Care at €29 a month. In reality the machine is paid once, on day one.
Scoops, batch jugs and hand whisking feel free because nobody bills them. They cost you anyway: powder you never sold and bar time you paid for. A worked example at 40 drinks a day, 26 days, a 4 g dose and powder at €150 a kilo.
A scoop is a guess. Half a gram heavy on a 4 g dose is 12.5% extra powder on every drink. At this volume, about 520 g a month, around €78 of powder nobody ordered.
Batch in a jug and the last pours die at close. Tip away six drinks a day and that is about 624 g a month, around €94 of powder down the drain.
Call it 90 seconds of whisking and setup per drink. At 40 drinks a day, that is an hour of bar time every day. At €15 an hour, about €390 a month spent stirring. The LouJi™ Pro pours in about ten seconds, hands-free.
Together, about €562 a month, before anyone talks about taste. The LouJi™ Pro doses the same amount every time, sifts it and pulls each shot fresh. That is the bill it removes.
Worked example. Change any assumption and the numbers move. The direction does not.
No. Take LouJi™ Matcha, Pro for lattes or Ceremonial Pro for straight shots, and the machine comes with it. Or keep your own supplier and buy the machine outright. Both routes are on the pricing page.
It is replaced monthly, or sooner on high volume. A busy café may need more than one a month. Final rated capacity is confirmed at production validation.
That is what the 30-Day Café Pilot is for: a paid month on your own bar. Continue on any plan and the €990 is credited against your first invoices.
LouJi™ runs the queue. Put one on your bar for a month and judge it on your own service.
