Who we are
lou-ji.com is operated by LouEnterprises Ltd., UIC 208507534, registered address: Republic of Bulgaria, Sofia, 1700, Studentski district, zh.k. Malinova Dolina, bl. 29, entr. C, fl. 8, app. 49 ("LouJi™", "we"). Contact: hey@lou-ji.com. LouEnterprises Ltd. is the data controller for personal data collected on this site.
What we collect
- Request forms: the details you type or choose in a café, pilot, chain, partnership or waitlist form: name, email, café or company, your role (chains form), city, country or territory, number of locations, phone if you give it, your network, the locations you reach and the brands or products you name (partnership form), your message, the route you chose, the matcha drinks a day, the price per kg you enter and its currency, the language of the page and the page the form was sent from. Nothing is calculated for you.
- Preferences: your language, currency and cookie choice, stored in your browser's local storage.
- Analytics, only with your consent: Meta Pixel usage data. The Pixel does not load before you accept it in the cookie banner.
Why we use it
To answer your request, prepare your offer, run the waitlists, operate the site in your language and currency, and, only with consent, understand how the site is used. We do not sell personal data and we do not run third-party advertising on this site.
Who processes it for us
- Vercel Inc.: website hosting.
- Web3Forms: delivery of the café, pilot, chain and partnership forms to our inbox.
- Kit (ConvertKit): the LouJi™ Home updates list, from the signup on the homepage and the pricing page, and only after you tick its own marketing-consent box. Café, pilot, chain and partnership requests are never added to it.
- Meta Platforms: analytics via the Meta Pixel, which loads only after you accept analytics cookies.
- Stripe: the €550 reservation payment, made on Stripe's own pages. We pass Stripe the route you clicked (plan or purchase) as a reference. Stripe sends us the payer's name, email address and the amount; card details never reach us.
How long we keep it
Form data is kept as long as needed to handle your request and any resulting agreement, then deleted or anonymised. Email list data is kept until you unsubscribe. Browser preferences stay on your device until you clear them.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you can ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, and you can object or withdraw consent at any time by writing to hey@lou-ji.com. You can also complain to your local data protection authority; in Bulgaria that is the Commission for Personal Data Protection.
