What this site is
This site presents the LouJi™ powder-to-shot machine, the LouJi™ Matcha Plan (LouJi™ 530nm, 24 boxes, one every 4 weeks, under 2 years), the outright purchase and the paid 30-day pilot, and collects commercial enquiries. The enquiry forms take no payment and no request placed through a form is a binding order. The reservation of a machine, on the plan or for an outright purchase, is a fixed €550 payment made through an external Stripe checkout linked from the site. It counts toward the price of the machine and is fully refundable until the machine ships. On the plan, billing runs per box, every 4 weeks, and starts when the machine ships. If a café continues after the paid pilot, on the plan or by buying the machine, the part of the pilot price that is not matcha counts toward the machine. A plan, a purchase, a pilot or a partnership exists only when a separate written agreement is signed by both sides. Final VAT, payment, shipping, delivery, installation, warranty, return, early-exit and service terms are those set out in that signed agreement.
Prices and figures
Prices on this site are list prices excluding VAT, confirmed in your individual offer. Dollar prices are our US price list; buyers in the United States pay the reservation in dollars. Savings, per-shot and calculator figures are estimates, not commitments. Machines ship after commercial certification; the first units are planned from Q3 2027 and dates are indicative.
Intellectual property
LouJi™ and Tamis™ are trademarks of LouEnterprises Ltd. The machine and cartridge are patent pending. Site content may not be copied for commercial use without written permission. Third-party names on this site belong to their owners and are used for identification only.
Liability
The site is provided as is. To the extent permitted by law, LouEnterprises Ltd. is not liable for indirect losses arising from use of the site. Nothing limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Law
These terms are governed by the law of Bulgaria. Mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence remain unaffected.
