When
Certified units ship from Q3 2027, in order of signature. No machine ships before then.
What you measure
Dose, preparation time, powder used and your team's feedback, against how you work today.
If you continue
On the plan or by buying the machine: €390 of the €990 counts toward the machine. The 3 kg of matcha stay yours, paid at the kilo price.
If you stop
We collect the machine. The €990 is the price of the pilot month.

November and December demonstrations are private: dosing, consistency and workflow checks on demo units, and nothing they make is served or consumed. Paid pilots on the bar start when certified units ship, in order of signature.
