Moonshot

The private business app of LouEnterprises Ltd., the company behind LouJi™. We use it to prepare, issue and send our own invoices and to keep our customer, order and payment records. Only people we authorise can sign in. It is not offered to customers or the public.

What it does

• Prepares our invoices, credit notes and pro forma invoices as PDF documents.
• Keeps our customers, business contacts, products, orders and payments in one place.
• Sends a document by email to the customer, from our own Gmail account, when an authorised user confirms it.
• Saves a copy of each finalised PDF in our Google Drive, in a folder for each year and month.

Why it asks for access to a Google account

The app connects only the Google accounts our company uses, and only when an authorised user connects one. It asks Google for the permissions below and uses them only for this:

• Associate you with your personal info on Google and See your primary Google Account email address: to show which Google account is connected. The app keeps only the email address.
• Send email on your behalf: to send the documents an authorised user confirms, and a test email to that user. The app cannot read, search or delete mail.
• See, edit, create, and delete only the specific Google Drive files you use with this app: to create the year and month folders and save the PDFs there. The app sees only the files and folders it created.
