Privacy Policy

Last updated: 26 July 2026

This policy explains what personal data we collect when you visit lou-ji.com, pre-order a LouJi™ machine or contact us, why we collect it, and the rights you have over it. We keep it in plain language, the way we would explain it to a guest.

1. Who we are

The website lou-ji.com and the LouJi™ brand are operated by LouEnterprises Ltd, registered in the Republic of Bulgaria under company number (EIK) 208507534, with registered address at zh.k. Malinova Dolina, bl. 29, entr. C, fl. 8, app. 49, Studentski district, 1700 Sofia, Bulgaria.

2. What we collect

3. Why we use it

We never sell your personal data.

4. Cookies and your choice

On your first visit we ask before setting any tracking. If you tap Allow cookies, we load the Meta Pixel, which sets cookies such as _fbp and shares events like page views and purchases with Meta Platforms for advertising measurement. If you tap Decline, no tracking loads at all. Either way, we store your choice in your browser (key louji_consent) so we never ask twice, plus a small technical key that prevents a completed order being counted twice.

Change your mind any time. Your current choice on this device:

6. International transfers

Some of these providers are based in the United States. Where data leaves the European Economic Area, it is protected by EU-approved safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses or the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, where the provider is certified.

7. How long we keep it

Order and invoicing data is kept for as long as accounting and tax law requires. Launch list data is kept until you unsubscribe. Your cookie choice stays on your device until you clear it or change it above.

8. Your rights

Under the GDPR you can ask us at any time to access, correct, delete or export your data, to restrict or object to how we use it, and to withdraw any consent you have given. Just email hey@lou-ji.com and we will handle it promptly. You also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority; in France, that is the CNIL.

Our site and products are not directed at anyone under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their data.

If we change this policy, we will update it here with a new date. Significant changes affecting your order will be communicated by email.
