Who we are
lou-ji.com is operated by LouEnterprises Ltd., UIC 208507534, Sofia, Bulgaria ("LouJi™", "we"). Contact: hey@lou-ji.com. LouEnterprises Ltd. is the data controller for personal data collected on this site.
What we collect
- Request forms: the details you type into a Residency, Matcha PRO, partnership, waitlist or contact form: name, email, café or company, city or country, phone if you give it, your message, and the plan configuration you selected (term, volume, language, currency, calculated estimates).
- Preferences: your language, currency and cookie choice, stored in your browser's local storage.
- Analytics, only with your consent: Meta Pixel usage data. The Pixel does not load before you accept it in the cookie banner.
Why we use it
To answer your request, prepare your offer, run the waitlists, operate the site in your language and currency, and, only with consent, understand how the site is used. We do not sell personal data and we do not run third-party advertising on this site.
Who processes it for us
- Vercel Inc.: website hosting.
- Web3Forms: form delivery to our inbox.
- Kit (ConvertKit): the email list you join through our forms.
- Meta Platforms: analytics via Meta Pixel, only after consent.
- Stripe: payment processing, only if and when a payment is made.
How long we keep it
Form data is kept as long as needed to handle your request and any resulting agreement, then deleted or anonymised. Email list data is kept until you unsubscribe. Browser preferences stay on your device until you clear them.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you can ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, and you can object or withdraw consent at any time by writing to hey@lou-ji.com. You can also complain to your local data protection authority; in Bulgaria that is the Commission for Personal Data Protection.
